Part 1 will cover negotiations between architects and their clients, Part 2 will cover negotiations between architects and their consultants. Part 1: Architects and Clients

Part 1 of the Fee Negotiation series will focus on negotiations between architects and their clients. This session will highlight elements that drive the architect’s fee. Various approaches to fee negation and when they might be used will be reviewed. Differences between public and private projects will be covered. While the session will focus on the interactions architects have with their clients, it will be useful to all disciplines as a background to the negotiations that occur between architects and their consultants.
